CRUDA unravels the journey of a being irresistibly drawn to human civilization, crossing the threshold into their world and dissolving into its rhythm until they are no longer what they once were. Their transformation is gradual and yet inevitable.

However, in the silence of belonging, a quiet ache emerges, a pull toward the origins they left behind, now softened by distance and time. They begin to wonder: What was it like before I knew the unknown?

To leave is to abandon one’s essence in search of something greater.

Our protagonist, neither bound by species nor confined to human constructs, embodies this departure, a shedding of the familiar in pursuit of reinvention. But the human world is an intricate labyrinth of adaptation and survival, a space that reshapes its inhabitants as much as they reshape themselves to fit within it. Each step forward stretches the distance from who they once were, until memory itself becomes foreign.

And yet, the farther they stray, the louder the echo of what was left behind. In CRUDA, the past lingers, not as an anchor but as a quiet summons, a whisper of nostalgia that does not demand return but reconciliation.

The journey forward bends back on itself, revealing that escape and homecoming are often two sides of the same path. Thus, in chasing the unknown, they have lost something deeper: the connection to their own essence.
Where am I going?

Where do I come from?

CRUDA tells the story of returning home after trying to escape it. The journey is not linear but a cycle. Departure, transformation, and longing inevitably lead back to what was once forsaken. Ultimately, it reveals that home is not a place but a presence within us, waiting to be reclaimed.
