This partnership transforms ASICS’ iconic design by blending its movement-driven philosophy with Nanushka’s deep connection to nature.
Because nature remains a key element of its luxury design approach, the collaboration seamlessly merges tradition with modern technology. As a result, it highlights a shared commitment to well-being, exploration, and movement-inspired happiness.
As part of the ASICS Sportstyle Crafts for Mind Project, Nanushka has joined forces with Mind Over Mountains– a charity that integrates nature walks, mindfulness, and coaching to promote mental health. Moreover, to support this cause, Nanushka and ASICS will donate a portion of the profits to support Mind Over Mountains..
The exclusive GEL-KINETIC FLUENT sneakers take inspiration from ASICS’ archival running shoes. Consequently, heritage and modern influences shape their reimagined design. In addition, contemporary yet traditional materials add depth and texture, taking cues from Nanushka’s archives.

The unisex sneakers will be available in black and grey, reflecting Nanushka’s signature aesthetic. Specifically, hand-embroidered cross-stitch overlays ASICS’ side panel pattern. At the same time, a technical cord lace contrasts with silver hardware. The lace also features the Nanushka ‘N’ Monogram as a cord stopper.
The combination balances performance with relaxed style. Built-in neoprene socks enhance comfort and support. Notably, the design draws inspiration from vintage workwear labels and the serene landscapes of Lake Balaton. Sandra Sándor often spends time in this region. An illustrative woven patch on the tongue adds a refined finishing touch.
