Tresor presents Globus: Büro Siebzig:
a new, limited-run live music series taking place every Thursday in July and August at Globus, starting at 21:00. The event series shifts focus from club nights to intimate concerts, blending diverse music styles with artistic experimentation.

The name Büro Siebzig is inspired by Fischbüro, a legendary experimental art space in West Berlin. Founded in the mid-1980s by Tresor’s Dimitri Hegemann, Fischbüro promoted creativity, collaboration, and a strong DIY spirit. Notably, it valued process over perfection and encouraged participation over passive consumption.
Consequently, Büro Siebzig continues this legacy with intention. While “Fisch” symbolized movement, “Büro” represented structure, together forming a space where creativity and order coexist. Therefore, Büro Siebzig embodies community-driven, process-focused experimentation in both music and art.
What to Expect: Live Music Every Thursday

Throughout the series, a new live act will perform every Thursday for seven weeks. The lineup spans a wide range of genres, from Turkish psychedelic acid to post-punk, contemporary neo-soul, and jazz. After each concert, the night transitions into a klubnacht that continues until 5:00 AM.
Moreover, the series offers more than just music. It’s a platform for cultural and sonic exploration, bridging different artistic practices under one roof.
A New Direction for Thursdays at Globus
Büro Siebzig represents a deliberate shift from the standard Thursday klubnacht format. Instead of DJ-focused nights, it places live performance at the forefront. As a result, the program encourages spontaneous collaboration and shared creative energy.
Additionally, it invites audiences into a reflective and dynamic atmosphere. Rooted in the quiet tension of collective space, the series explores how collaboration shapes experience and fosters meaningful connection.
In essence, Büro Siebzig is more than a concert; it’s a reimagined ritual of creativity, rooted in community and artistic freedom.
