MYKITA’s latest ACETATE series steps into the season with sculptural frames, soft tones, and a distinctly grown-up romanticism. Titled New Era Bohemian Chic, the collection reimagines the free-spirited aesthetic through a refined, architectural lens.

Founded in Berlin in 2003, MYKITA has become known for its independent approach to eyewear. The brand balances innovative materials with engineering precision and minimalist design. Every frame is handmade at the brand’s central production space, MYKITA HAUS, where design, development, and manufacturing come together under one roof.

Each silhouette in the new series plays with proportion—oversized, softly contoured, and unapologetically bold. Crafted from Acetate Renew, a sustainable material with visible raw edges and matte finishes, the frames embrace the beauty of process. This is bohemia evolved: tactile, structured, and made to last.

The collection finds balance between nostalgia and innovation. Transparent pastel tones—Galapagos, Blonde, Clear Ash—paired with gradient lenses in soft browns and greys, offers a hazy, cinematic gaze. Designs like KILENDA and TESHI channel retro glamour, while NIMA and ALYA bring a sharper, minimalist attitude. Whether tinted with Cedar Brown or Original Grey, every lens provides complete UVA/UVB protection.

Each piece reflects MYKITA’s commitment to craft, sustainability, and technical clarity. These are not trend pieces—they’re enduring objects with quiet character.

New Era Bohemian Chic will be available from June 2025 in MYKITA stores, on mykita.com, and via selected retail partners worldwide.
