A sculpture in liquid form Paloceras introduces Hydroceras
Swiss Independent eyewear house Paloceras launched a new limited edition collection that redefines the boundaries of eyewear. The brand explores what is seen as well as what is felt, and pushes its vision further with Hydroceras. This collection freezes liquid in time, transforming motion into form. Paloceras uses algorithmic design and high-definition 3D printing, to shape each frame, capturing the energy of water in motion and turning it into something you can wear.
Cryosea, in translucent blue recalls frozen oceans and the crystalline flow beneath their surface. Noctyra, in translucent grey evokes liquid at night, a shade that hovers between clarity and disappearance.

“With Hydroceras, we wanted to shape eyewear as if it were a living current. It is about capturing movement, yet holding it still long enough to be worn. Palocreas uses 3D printing not for efficiency but rather as a creative language, thereby opening new ground for form and expression. Behind the technology is a team of experienced designers and optometrists who carefully refine each frame to ensure both precision and wearability. Every piece is a fusion of digital precision and hand-finished craftsmanship, guided by a visual language rooted in nature, memory and quiet rebellion.
Collaborating designer Paris Koutsavelisadded: “Each frame begins as a sculptural idea, modelled by hand before being translated into high definition printing. My background in both design and optics keeps me searching for a balance between organic curves and industrial precision. Hydroceras is a step towards eyewear as a true extension of identity, not just an accessory.”
