Warsaw-based artist Jurek Przeździecki, known as Praecox, presents his latest release, Large Kimono, on BPitch. The album features Praecox’s signature blend of minimalism, textured sound design, and dancefloor-oriented energy, creating a dynamic listening experience across its eight tracks.

We are thrilled to premiere “Funeral Buddy”, a track where rolling percussion, layered synths, and subtle vocal elements combine to create an immersive, cinematic atmosphere. Its rhythmic structure and detailed sound design reflect Praecox’s precise approach to composition and his ability to craft music that resonates both on the dancefloor and in attentive listening.

Other tracks provide a varied sonic palette. The opening track, Large Kimono, features arpeggiated motifs and harmonic balance, setting the album’s tone. Lorenz Attractor integrates percussion and vocal elements to expand the album’s texture, while Film Dilema explores layered soundscapes and rhythmic tension. System Combi and Type Person continue the exploration of acid-tinged motifs and structured synth textures, and the closing track, Page Not Found, combines rhythmic drive with nuanced arpeggios for a reflective conclusion.
Taken together, Large Kimono emphasizes contrast and continuity: precise yet expansive, introspective yet physical. With “Funeral Buddy” as a standout premiere, the album reinforces Praecox’s position as an artist building immersive electronic worlds that engage both dancefloor-focused audiences and dedicated listeners.
