ASICS SportStyle launched the NEOTIDE™, a sneaker designed for both performance and sustainability. Building on last year’s NEOCURVE™, NEOTIDE™ embraces circular manufacturing, reflecting ASICS’ commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility.
The campaign, ‘Some Shapes Just Grow on You’, follows a young gardener whose sculptural topiary work blends movement, creativity and expression, always in their NEOTIDE sneakers. Their energy gradually inspires a more old-fashioned neighbor, who eventually embraces the lifestyle and purchases their own plants and NEOTIDE™ shoes. The story highlights ASICS’ belief that movement and creativity can shape bodies, minds, and choices toward a more sustainable future.
ASICS SportStyle teams up with Amsterdam’s HAGEL to create the NEOTIDE™. Reshaping classic running silhouettes into smooth, nature-inspired forms. Made with recycled EU materials, old and unsold ASICS shoes are disassembled by Fast Feet Grinded and reused. Designed in Amsterdam and produced mostly in Portugal, NEOTIDE™ is available exclusively in the EU.
