This December, Berlin welcomes Her Haven, a women-led holiday pop-up curated by Galleria Lucia. For one month, the Kastanienallee space transforms into a vibrant hub celebrating female creativity, local craftsmanship, and community.
Featuring over 10 Berlin-based women-owned brands, Her Haven offers a mindful alternative to commercialized Christmas shopping. Visitors can explore handmade gifts including candles, ceramics, jewelry, textiles, fragrances, and art objects, all crafted with care and creativity. “This pop-up is a celebration of local female talent and the powerful stories behind independent brands.” says Lucia, founder of Galleria Lucia.
Her Haven goes beyond traditional retail. Throughout December, the pop-up hosts dailycreative workshops, including candle making, jewelry design, ceramics, painting, and lino printing. Talks and mini-panels explore topics like women in creative business, slow design, and building independent brands. Additionally, afterwork events feature wine and live music, while the opening celebration invites visitors to enjoy drinks, music, and meet the makers. By combining creativity, community, and commerce, the pop-up transforms holiday shopping into something meaningful and memorable.
Her Haven was created by Galleria Lucia, a Berlin-based candle and home decor studio known for celebrating the human form and empowering women through art. Founded by Lucia, a designer and entrepreneur who built her business during the pandemic, Galleria Lucia is rooted in craftsmanship, emotion, and the belief that functional objects can tell powerful stories.
“We want Berlin to shop more consciously this Christmas, supporting real women, real makers, real creativity.”
