So Kutur Runway with a 3D hyperrealistic presentation also gives me access to clothes I can’t access in the real world, allowing people to engage with brands they didn’t even know or be exposed to, being playful with it. As well it is a social platform where players across the globe can compete with each other, undergoing voting and really creating a social fashion world”.
Esther Perbandt, the passionate designer who started her career two decades ago, with her iconic black themed clothing brand took into the possibilities to provide her pieces digitally and globally expanding the creativity and fantasy of many. Inclusivity is expressed as an important factor in this collaboration, where anyone can be a player.
Nicola revealed “ I’ve always been a Tech girl creating apps like this and the stereotype for nerds has been applied for so long to just a specific stereotype, but girls like me can just look as fashionable as she wants, because who said nerds can’t be fashionable? No matter who you are, you can always enjoy the world of fashion and gaming together”.
With pieces of Esther is definitely something exciting to fill the fantasy persona of many.
During the event, Esther’s iconic black “Big Bird” dress was showcased with Kutur Runway’s futuristic magic, with a QR code the design took life in motion and fantasy by just a simple scan. This immersive fashion experience has showcased  just one part of the vision of the brand.
Esther Perbandt said “I can see myself already with so many ideas with this technological freedom, I am definitely looking forward to having more pieces digitally, allowing more clients that can’t usually afford to wear my designs to have a try; perhaps one day they will save up for their favorite dresses”.
