ABOUT COLLECTION called : Homo Digitalis
Homo digitalis refers to a homo sapiens who is permanently interconnected with others through technological devices.
This collection is a thought-provoking exploration of our increasingly digital world, where the lines between convenience and control have blurred. We live in an era of omnipresent surveillance, not just through cameras and AI, but through the subtle data collection woven into the fabric of our lives.
Are we even aware of the extent to which we’re monitored? This collection serves as a wake-up call, using fashion as a platform for artistic expression. By merging art, craft, and technology, the garments themselves become a conversation starter, prompting reflection on the complexities of surveillance culture and our existence as homo digitalis – the digital human.
