Three Phase EP marks the eighth release on Lane Trax and the first chapter in a new series from Galaxy Lane exploring the world of electricity as both concept and material force. At its core, the EP is built around a simple but fundamental idea: everything begins with energy flow. From the power supplying the studio, to the synths and drum machines, the music emerges through electrons moving through copper, circuits, and machines.
Whether operating at high or low voltage, the process behind the record is inseparable from electricity itself. Without the flow of electrons through internal circuitry and PCBs, none of it would exist. From low-voltage patch connections to full three-phase power systems in live environments, electricity becomes both the invisible infrastructure and the driving force behind the sound. In this sense, the EP functions less like a traditional release and more like a document of energy in motion.

Since his debut with the release of “Voyager 1” on Lone Romantic, Galaxy Lane has maintained a strong sense of mystery around his identity, while steadily building a reputation for raw, machine-driven music with a distinct attitude. Early recognition quickly expanded through releases on respected imprints such as Code QR, a double release on Lone Romantic, and more emotive, hardware-focused work on Nastia Music’s label. Across these projects, his sound has continued to evolve toward a more expansive, club-oriented language that still retains its rough, mechanical edge.
With the launch of his own imprint, Lane Trax, Galaxy Lane now operates within a fully self-defined framework, allowing him to explore the full spectrum of his sonic identity.

From abrasive, alien-inflected funk experiments to stripped-back club-focused tools, each release functions as a transmission from within studio circuitry itself. The result is a body of work grounded in gritty analog texture and pulsating rhythmic structure, designed to pull the listener into an otherworldly state.
Beyond music production, Galaxy Lane extends his practice into generative visual art, creating digital artworks that exist in direct dialogue with his sound. These visuals, formed through computational processes, mirror the same tension between organic unpredictability and synthetic precision that defines his music. Together, they form a unified artistic system where sound and image are continuously intertwined.
With Three Phase EP, Galaxy Lane continues to refine this approach, presenting a record that is as much about energy and infrastructure as it is about rhythm and sound design.
