Gairah Manis EP will be released on May 8th 2026 via BUTO BAYANG, ENNIO’s own label, co-founded with HAMY. The EP marks the first artist-led release on the imprint following its initial compilation, introducing a more personal and singular direction in his work.
The title Gairah Manis loosely suggests “sweet obsession”, setting the conceptual framework for a record where seduction, softness, and tension intersect throughout.
The opening track “Breath Me In” sets the tone for the EP, introducing its emotional and sonic language. It reflects a gradual shift in focus rather than a stylistic break, establishing the atmosphere that unfolds across the release.
The first single “Black Pepper Knees”, a collaboration with Bryan Kessler and Indonesian artist NDA, transforms a fragmented physical reference into a driving hook and central motif of attitude.
Across five tracks, ENNIO continues to develop a house-driven side of his sound while maintaining the tension and physicality that define his productions. The record moves through shifting states, balancing raw and sensual energy with a playful but slightly unhinged edge, remaining firmly rooted in a dancefloor context while constantly changing its temperature. “Inner Touch” and “Holla Back” extend this movement further, reinforcing the EP’s fluid and instinct-driven progression without settling into a fixed mood.
With Gairah Manis, ENNIO strips the approach back to instinct, resulting in a direct, physical, and immediate body of work that defines this new chapter for both the artist and his imprint.
