On July 19, Peggy Gou joined Solomun behind the decks at Pacha Ibiza for a special back-to-back set as part of the club’s long-running Solomun +1 residency. Bringing together two of electronic music’s most influential figures, the collaboration drew a packed crowd for one of the summer’s standout nights on the island.
The appearance marked another memorable chapter in Solomun +1, the Sunday residency that has become one of Ibiza’s defining institutions. Running throughout the season from May 31 to October 4, the series continues its tradition of inviting artists from across the electronic music spectrum for extended back-to-back performances.

In an era of enormous festival bills, visual stimulation and increasingly compressed attention towards the lineups , the residency continues to make a case for duration. It gives DJs the time to establish context, take detours and recover from risks. It allows the crowd to experience a complete rather than a concentrated on headline moments.
The 2026 season underlines that vision. Alongside Peggy Gou, the programme includes artists from different corners of contemporary club culture, among them Skrillex, Jamie xx, Anyma, Dixon, Chloé Caillet, DJ Gigola, Barry Can’t Swim, KETTAMA, DESIREE and Max Styler. The selections do not represent one narrow genre. What connects them is the possibility of a meaningful exchange with the host.
As Solomun +1 continues through October, the residency remains one of the island’s most anticipated weekly events, consistently bringing together established names and unexpected guests for nights that celebrate connection through music.
