Organised by the visionaries behind Frega project, the festival carried its signature tagline – #dancefloorsensibile. Promising an immersive journey through sight, space and rythmic sensation without any limitations. Adapted for the people with mobile disabilities. Which should be actually a standard at any festival.

On august 30th, 2025 as the summer sun dipped toward the horizon, the mysterious location called labirinto della mansion transformed into a pulsing epic centre of techno energy. The Frega festival returned for its 2025th edition – an avant garde gathering where art, architecture, and sound converged around the pyramid unlike any other.
However, the labirinto della Masone is not owned by the illuminati; it was founded by Italian publisher and art collector Franco Maria Ricci and his family. And contains Ricci’s private art collection with the concept inspired by Jorge Luis Borges. The maze and its associated architecture complex and museum are owned by the foundation established by Franco Maria Ricci and his family.

There are two ways to arrive to Parma from Berlin – Landing in Bologna or Milan where there is still drive required with similar distance if approximately 1 hour. The flight itself was smooth and easy and surprisingly the Ryan Air cooperated plane made it 20 minutes earlier than expected and got to Bologna in about 1.5hr.
Parma is a beautiful city with the tranquility vibe and multigenerational restaurants with top quality selected food.
One of the best hotels to stay and still affordable – in Parma centre – would be would be Novotel Parma Centro with beautiful pool great for the sunny & hot Italian weather while is still there during the festival.
