From July 17 to 20, WHOLE Festival returned to Ferropolis, bringing together queer communities, artists, collectives, and dancers from across the world.
Set among the monumental structures of the former mining site, the 2026 edition unfolded as a temporary space where music, performance, movement, and community came together. Across the festival grounds, dancefloors shifted from intense club moments to open-air gatherings and slower spaces, creating a rhythm that extended beyond the music itself.
This year’s theme, Enter The Whole, became a reflection of what WHOLE continues to build: a space for queer expression, collective freedom, and connection. Music remained at its centre, but so did the people, relationships, performances, and shared moments that surrounded it.
With artists and collectives coming together from different scenes around the world, Ferropolis once again became a meeting point for a diverse spectrum of queer nightlife culture.
