Jacob Meehan Set to Release EP Mini Revelations with New Track “Conjure”

Jacob Meehan, the Chicago-raised, Berlin and Los Angeles based DJ and producer, is set to release his new track “Conjure” as part of his upcoming EP Mini Revelations, arriving on 17th April via Gay Groove. The EP marks Meehan’s first cohesive collection as a producer in 2026, building on years of singles and collaborations with labels including Major Records and Nervous Records.

“Conjure” translates decades of underground club experience into a studio track, combining a dark, hypnotic pulse with sample-driven club elements. The track captures the energy and intuition Meehan has developed across countless dance floors. Alongside “Conjure,” the EP includes “Damier,” which nods to the foundational Detroit sound of KMS Records and reinterprets 90s house and techno records Meehan encountered at Gramaphone Records in Chicago, later refining them within Berlin’s vibrant music ecosystem.

“Mini Revelations is about translating what the dance floor has taught me over the last two decades, taking that lineage and shared energy, and distilling it into something that’s my own.

The name of the EP reflects where I’ve arrived over time, both in life and in the studio. What might feel mini in isolation takes shape as a much larger revelation.”

This statement frames the EP as both a personal reflection and a distillation of his extensive experience in the global queer underground.

Mini Revelations is the first in a series of EPs planned for 2026, bridging Meehan’s Chicago roots with Berlin’s nocturnal intensity. The project balances peak-time energy with reflective listening, combining live-floor instincts and structured studio practice. With “Conjure” and the full EP, Meehan demonstrates his ability to merge energetic club tracks with studio-focused production, offering a clear vision of his evolving sound and the future trajectory of his music catalog.
