A raw and captivating live set by L.F.T. recorded during the final night of Ombra Festival 2024 is now available to watch for the first time.
Filmed at the 2024 edition of Ombra Festival—Barcelona’s celebration of analog sound, industrial architecture, and underground culture—this exclusive video captures L.F.T.’s closing live set on the Ombra Stage, held on Sunday evening.
“This was my second time playing Ombra Festival,” says L.F.T., reflecting on the experience. “And it was clear how much it’s grown—not just in size, but in intention. The crowd was bigger, the production tighter, but the core energy was still there: focused, no-nonsense, built around the music.”
L.F.T. Set against the dense fog and minimalist lighting of the former Enmasa aviation factory, the atmosphere was charged with tension and anticipation
“My set was late. Room was dense with fog, lights minimal, perfect tension in the air,” he recalls. “I didn’t need to warm them up—they were already there. I went straight in, kept it hardware-heavy, no polish. Just pressure, space, and movement.”
Known for his uncompromising, analog-heavy sound, L.F.T. delivered a performance that was both raw and immersive—tailored to the environment and the crowd’s intensity.
“The crowd was responsive in the way I like—fully engaged, moving with it, catching details. No one waiting for a drop. They were actually listening.
I threw in a few unreleased bits, some rougher sketches I hadn’t tested live before. It felt right in that space. There’s a trust at Ombra—you can take risks, push a little deeper, and people stay with you. That’s rare at festivals.”
Looking back at how the festival has evolved, L.F.T. notes:
“Seeing how Ombra has developed since the last time I played it was cool. Bigger crowd, broader scope, but still curated in a way that respects the scene. It hasn’t gone soft or commercial—it’s just sharper now.
It’s one of the few festivals that actually still feels underground, even as it grows. Thanks to the crew and the crowd that made this happen. Can’t wait to return to the bat cave!”
Now, for the first time, L.F.T. full live set is being premiered—offering a rare chance to relive one of the most striking performances from the 2024 edition of Ombra.
